Applications/Uses
- Compared with conventional heating elements, the EMIR electric heating panel utilizes nano-scale materials to generate Brownian motion within the heating element, significantly improving the efficiency of converting electrical energy into thermal energy. Its heat conversion efficiency can reach over 95%, compared with approximately 55% for conventional heating tubes, providing higher energy efficiency and improved performance for industrial heating applications.

- By precisely controlling the heating temperature, electrical energy is efficiently converted into thermal energy. Unlike conventional heating elements that convert electrical energy into both light and heat, the EMIR heating system minimizes energy loss from light generation, thereby improving heat conversion efficiency, energy efficiency, and overall industrial heating performance.

- The EMIR electric heating panel uses microcrystalline materials as the heat-transfer medium, enabling directional heat transfer and vertical radiant heating. Unlike conventional heating elements that disperse heat in multiple directions, the EMIR heating panel improves thermal energy utilization and heating efficiency. It provides stable and uniform heating through planar infrared radiation at wavelengths of 8–14 μm, delivering strong heat penetration and excellent surface heating performance for a wide range of industrial heating and drying applications.
