  • Using remote pneumatic control or PLC automation, the fluid directional control valve precisely controls the outlet or return flow of fluids such as oil, paint, coatings, and solvents. When used as a single valve, it regulates the paint supply flow and supports continuous fluid circulation, helping prevent paint sedimentation and maintain stable coating quality. When multiple valves are integrated, they can form an automatic paint color change system with automatic air or solvent flushing, providing an efficient fluid supply and cleaning solution for automated industrial coating systems.
  • The directional control valve is available in both round and square designs to meet different installation requirements. The compact square-type valve saves installation space and is especially suitable for automatic paint color change systems. For coatings containing abrasive particles, such as aluminum powder or metallic silver paint, which may cause wear on the valve needle and external fittings, a wear-resistant version is available. The valve needle and external fittings are made of SLD tool steel and heat-treated to enhance wear resistance, extend service life, and ensure reliable operation in demanding industrial coating applications.
