Applications/Uses
- Suitable for handling particle-containing liquids that are prone to sedimentation, such as aluminum-pigmented coatings, powder-containing coatings, silver-pigmented coatings, and PE coatings. A separate solvent supply system is required to maintain consistent pressure during operation.
Cleaning System Operating Instructions
- Set the cleaning solvent supply pressure according to the operating pressure used for coating delivery. The coating supply pressure and cleaning solvent supply pressure must be equal to prevent the coating and solvent from mixing.
Example: Coating supply pressure: 2 bar = Cleaning solvent supply pressure: 2 bar.
- When 1 rotates clockwise, 2 is the coating outlet and 3 is the coating inlet.
- When 1 rotates counterclockwise, 2 is the coating inlet and 3 is the coating outlet.
