Fluid Convey Gear Pump–Tungsten Carbide

Tungsten carbide features extremely high hardness, excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, and outstanding corrosion resistance. When used in gear pumps, it significantly enhances wear resistance, making the pump suitable for handling specialty and abrasive coatings, such as particle-containing coatings, while extending its service life. It is ideal for transferring water-based coatings and moderately acidic or alkaline fluids within a pH range of 3–12.

Applications/Uses

Suitable for transferring specialty fluids such as acidic and alkaline liquids, particle-containing fluids, and water-based coatings.
Can be paired with a geared motor, brushless motor, or servo motor for high-precision metering and fluid delivery.
