  • Gravity-Assisted Flow Design: Utilizes natural gravity to allow sediment and particulate materials to flow smoothly through the coating inlet and outlet, minimizing material residue and ensuring stable pump operation.
  • Highly Durable Materials: The gears are made of ultra-wear-resistant engineering plastic, while the pump body is constructed from specially heat-treated stainless steel for excellent wear, corrosion, acid, and alkali resistance.
  • Wide Range of Applications: Suitable for water-based and solvent-based coatings, as well as coatings with high sedimentation or particulate content.
  • Flexible Bypass Valve Configuration: The bottom bypass valve can be installed on either the inlet or outlet side according to cleaning requirements, allowing quick and efficient cleaning of the pump and spray gun.
